Cap and Gown Order Instructions – Class of 2024 🎓

Dear Seniors and Families:

We are already starting to plan for this year’s graduation, which is June 2, 2024. Below are the directions for ordering your graduation cap & gown and making any necessary changes to your printed diploma name. Please pay particular attention to the November 17th deadline for ordering cap & gowns.

Graduation Information for Seniors:

1. Cap and Gown ordering

Below is the link to connect you to the Jostens’ website where you will order and pay for your cap and gown.  The cost of the cap and gown is $23.50 (Essential package).  This site will be available for payments until Friday, November 17th.  Ordering by November 17th ensures correct delivery and will avoid any late fees.  If you are ordering for multiple students, please create separate orders.

2.  Diploma Ordering

Diploma names will be printed exactly as shown on student’s Aspen accounts under Student Bio (First, Middle, Last).

If you want to change the way your name will be printed, the student should complete this form by Friday, December 15, 2023: https://tinyurl.com/LSDiplomaName. If we do not hear from you by the 15th, we will print your name as it appears in your Aspen account.
