Winter Athletics Sign-up

All students interested in participating in a winter sport must have their FamilyID registration completed by Wednesday, November 27th. Please refer to the following link for specific tryout dates: LS Athletic Overview

Physicals - LS must have an updated physical form which can be uploaded to your FamilyID registration at the beginning of the season. Please delete old physicals and only upload valid physicals. The physical must be up-to-date throughout the season. We can not accept extension/doctor's notes.

Impact - All athletes must have a current ImPACT concussion baseline test completed prior to the season starting. The test is valid for two years.

Payment - Payments may be made online via Unipay or check. Payments due by 12/13/24.

For sports that MAY have cuts, payment is not due until final teams are announced. Sports that have cuts are:

Boys Hockey
Basketball (Boys and Girls)
Swim and Dive (Boys and Girls)

For NON-CUT sports, you are encouraged to complete your payment method at the time of registration, but payment is due by November 27th. Non-cut sports are as follows:

Indoor Track (Boys and Girls)
Nordic Ski
Alpine Ski
Wrestling
Girls Hockey

The Lincoln-Sudbury Parent Organization is a non-profit organization made up of the parents and guardians of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School students.
