Volunteers Needed for LS Safe Night

Hello, parents! The Late Night at LS graduation party for the Class of 2025 takes place at the school in a safe, substance-free environment. All seniors attend this event packed with food and fun all night long... and into the morning! But to make it happen, we need your help. It takes 250 volunteers to manage this large-scale event!

How it Works - Freshman, Sophomore & Junior parents "pay it forward" by organizing and running this all-night party. No Senior parents can volunteer during the event! At the end of the party, Senior parents arrive and clean up before school begins. Senior parents, please see the bottom of the sign-up sheet for these volunteer slots.

How You Can Help - Friday, May 30, 2025: We need volunteers after school/into the evening to kick off the decorations.

*Students in need of community service hours may sign up for designated Friday slots ONLY!
Saturday, May 31, 2025: We need volunteers to continue decorating all of the spaces in preparation for the big event!
Sunday, June 1, 2025: We need volunteers to finalize decorations AND help run the actual event. There are a wide variety of volunteer opportunities across multiple shifts: set-up, food stations, games, casino dealers, prize table, bag check, and more.

The Lincoln-Sudbury Parent Organization is a non-profit organization made up of the parents and guardians of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School students. The LSPO is dedicated to facilitating engagement and communication between families and the school, as well as partnering with faculty and administration to support underfunded staff needs, student activities and efforts that encourage school spirit.
